Ace comedian, Okey Bakassi took to social media to pen an open letter to the president.
He wrote:

“Dear President, How are you feeling today? Hope the test results are out and the doctors are taking good care of you? Some of us are praying for your quick recovery and safe return. No need to deceive you, Sir…things are getting worse at home since you left. Prof is trying his best but we are not seeing any CHANGE. I don’t know if government officials are not following his instructions because of his size. Sir, you know all your political appointees follow your Presidential “Body Language” but since your “body” is not presently located at home, there’s nothing to follow….so nothing is working. Sir, we heard you called Trump on the phone. That’s cool. It would be nice if you can speak to us (that voted or didn’t we vote for you) to reassure us ….we are confused oh. I’m also not feeling well too, Sir. I suspect I may be losing my sight…. because anytime I look in my wallet I can’t see anything…can your London doctors help me? Let me allow you go back to rest. I want to report some people to you but that will be in my next letter. Get well soon, your Excellency. Your guy, @okeybakassi “

On the 17th of February, the re-opening of icons lounge took place at 84b Aba Owerri Road Aba city. The event which started from sugarland around 9pm and ended in icons lounge till dawn was graced by well wishers, dancers, comedians and artist like Oritse Femi, Illbliss(Oga Boss), slow dog, Nwa Aba and Nollywood actor Dauda.

Nollywood actor, Benson Okonkwo has won an award for Nollywood most fashionable male actor, during an award at Owerri, Imo State.

In an interview on Channels TV's 'Rubbing Minds' yesterday, Nollywood actor, Daniel K Daniel made this revelation. Daniel who won the 2016 AMVCA best actor award, played a lead homosexual role in Asurf Oluseyi's "Hell or High" which premiered last year. That role however had effects, as sexual advances were made by some men towards him. The actor however said he doesn't regret the role he played and also revealed that he's not single (sorry ladies!) or married.

The tall and busty diva had a chat with Inside Nollywood during which she disclosed that her boobs are the most cherished part of her anatomy and that her boyfriend can’t do without the round fleshy mounds.



“My boobs and face are so special to me but I cherish my boobs more. They are not that big but I like its shape and the fitting it gives my clothes. Asides, my boyfriend loves them very much; he can’t do without my boobs,’’ she squealed in laughter.

Idika also opened up on what turns her off in men, saying that being dirty and unkempt is a rebuff for her. “I can’t stand a guy that smells of stale sweat all the time and those who’s feet stink when they take-off their shoes. I also can’t date guys that talks down on women. These kinds of men believe that every successful lady out there is lose. That mentality is totally wrong and pisses me off!’’

Clearing the widespread rumours that she is a smoker, the Ohaofia, Abia State-born starlet admitted that truly, she used to smoke but had since dumped cigarettes for good.

Flavour is a popular award wining Nigerian musician who came into limelight in 2010 after the release of his second studio album.

 The award winning music artist Flavour and his daughter Sophie met with Ivory coast international and Chelsea legend Didier Drogba.

Okafor’s Law’ which was recently screened at the Toronto International Film Festival and Stockholm Film International Film Festival, is scheduled to be screened at the Pan African Film & Art Festival (PAFF).


The screening of the movie will hold at Cinemark Baldwin Hills Cinema 15, Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, 3650 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Los Angeles on Tuesday February 14th (9:10pm) and Monday February 20th (7:50pm).

Nollywood actor, Ramsey Noah has noted that the previous government led by Goodluck Jonathan did more good for the movie industry compared to the current administration .

According to Joy News Ghana, the actor said that the previous government invested financially in the movie industry while this present government has not really done much for the industry.

'The new government, based on situations right now has a little setback. The government before was aiding the industry a whole lot trying to propel a lot of funds and increasing cinemas and outlets for the films to sell.”

'In this dispensation, it’s a bit minimized but we are hoping that by the time things settle properly they will look into it'
The actor is presently in Ghana promoting his new movie '76'.

Actress Chioma Akpotha, has slammed actor Gideon Okeke,for openly criticizing veteran actor, Chiwetalu Agu, over his use of vulgarity in most of the films he is featured in.

Gideon in a post shared on his IG page Thursday, said that this is unhealthy for children who would watch such movies. Chioma who reacted on twitter, condemned Gideon for criticizing an older actor.

According to her, most of the new generation actors lack respect
